I'm a full-time New Yorker and part-time Texan. After graduating from Texas Christian University in 2012 with my bachelor's degree in writing, I moved to NYC and somehow ended up in the tech sector.

I lead a dual life. By day, I'm a data architect at a startup. By night, I'm a master's candidate in Johns Hopkins University's Science Writing program.

Outside of school and work, I volunteer copyedit student publications for 826NYC, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit. In my free time, I embark on urban adventures, collage a little, and indulge in reading the occasional novel.
